Friday Revive

Fri – 7:15p to 8:30p

 

Take a break from your hectic week to revitalize  yourself. This class will challenge you to find your inner strength while connecting you to your breath. Make no mistake, you will find yourself challenged yet joyful for the experience featuring pranayama to clear the mind, working through the postures, keeping them accessible with props to build strength and encourage flexibility. You'll leave class ready for whatever you have in store for your Friday night!  


Restorative

Last Friday of every month!

 

 

A slower paced yoga class, this practice involves total relaxation.  Most yoga practices involve exertion of the muscular and nervous system to promote circulation and revitalization of fascia and your organs.  Instead, restorative yoga aims to completely calm the parasympathetic nervous system.
